These terms and conditions apply between Stegeborgs Egendom AB and the person who, on his own or through another person, makes a booking / payment at a place in Stegeborgs Port.
The client / payer is stated as "Customer" in the terms. The supplier is stated as "Stegeborgs Egendom", "We", "Stegeborgs Hamn" or "Stegeborgs Egendom AB". Customers / guests who do not comply with these regulations have the right to reject Stegeborgs Propertys staff from the area.
To book a boat site / pay a port fee on the website betala.stegeborg.se requires that the customer is at least 18 years of age. A payment card (VISA or Mastercard) or (BankId and Swish) is required to complete the payment of the fee.
The price includes the rental of space, the booking fee and the connection (including consumption) of electricity (10 amps).

Cancellation can only be done online via payala.stegeborg.se. The reservation fee is not refundable on cancellation. Cancellation < 72h before booking starts is non-refundable.

Stegeborgs Egendom is not responsible for things that are forgotten.
Stegeborgs Eiendom is not liable for damage caused by outsiders.
Other obligations and rules of procedure
The customer / guests must take good care of the location, the ports facilities and follow the rules, instructions and regulations that apply.
The customer / guests must observe the highest regard and silence towards other guests between 23:00 and 08:00.
Grilling takes place at the designated place. Think about the fire risk, review your extinguishing equipment.
Each power outlet is 10 amps, which basically only means power for charging. Take-over risks risk knocking out all or part of our electricity grid. In the event of obvious abuse, we reserve the right to invoice the repair costs. One outlet per car.
Dog should be kept leashed.
Environmental waste must be placed in an environmental station. Garbage should be put in designated garbage cans. Other waste must not be flushed or disposed of in the area.
Payment of the fee is made online or in our kiosk during its opening hours.
The drinking water must not be used for washing vehicles.
We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by outsiders.

In the event of wars, natural disasters, strikes and other events that are to be regarded as force majeure, Stegeborgs Egendom AB can cancel the agreement, and the customer and guests must be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, Stegeborgs Eiendom is obliged to repay the amount paid, except for the benefit that has been deducted from the site.
