These terms apply between Stegeborgs Egendom AB and the person who, either personally or through another person, books/pays for a motorhome parking space in Stegeborgs Harbor.
The ordering/paying party is referred to as the “Customer” in these terms. The provider is referred to as “Stegeborgs Hamn,” “We,” “Stegeborgs Egendom,” or “Stegeborgs Egendom AB.” The booking/payment refers to the rental of a motorhome parking space in Stegeborgs Harbor. Customers/guests in Stegeborgs Harbor are obliged to follow Stegeborgs Harbor’s “Rules and Regulations for the Harbor,” which can be found in full at www.Stegeborg.se
Customers/guests who do not comply with these regulations may be asked to leave the premises by Stegeborgs Egendom staff.
To book a berth/pay for a motorhome parking space on the website "betala.stegeborg.se," the customer must be at least 18 years old. To complete the payment, a bank card (VISA or Mastercard) or (BankID and Swish) is required.
The price includes the rental of the space, the booking fee, and the connection (including consumption) of electricity (10 amperes).
All spaces are booked from 14:00 to 14:00.
Upon receiving the booking confirmation, it must be checked to ensure that all details are correct. It is the responsibility of the customer/booker to ensure the accuracy of the information on the booking confirmation. The booking confirmation is sent via email and text message (SMS). In case of any errors, Stegeborgs Egendom AB must be contacted within 7 days of receiving the confirmation, but no later than 24 hours before arrival.
Payment is made immediately, also at the time of booking.
Cancellations can only be made online via betala.stegeborg.se. The reservation fee is non-refundable upon cancellation. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the booking starts are non-refundable.

Stegeborgs Egendom is not responsible for items left behind.
Stegeborgs Egendom is not liable for damage caused by third parties.
Other Obligations and Rules of Conduct
The customer/guests must take good care of the area, harbor facilities, and follow all rules, instructions, and regulations in effect.
The customer/guests must show the utmost consideration and maintain silence between 23:00 and 08:00 for the comfort of other guests.
Barbecuing is only permitted in designated areas. Be mindful of the fire risk and check your fire extinguishing equipment.
Each electrical outlet provides 10 amperes, which generally allows only for charging. Overuse may cause outages in parts or all of our electrical system. In the event of obvious misuse, we reserve the right to invoice repair costs. One outlet per vehicle.
Dogs must be kept on a leash.
Environmental waste must be disposed of at the recycling station. Trash should be placed in designated bins. Other waste must not be flushed or discarded in the area.
Payment of fees is made online or in our kiosk during its opening hours.
Drinking water may not be used for washing vehicles.
We are not responsible for damages or losses caused by third parties.

This is an agreement established between the customer (the booker) and Stegeborgs Egendom AB. The agreement is terminated with immediate effect if:
If a breach of contract occurs, the customer/guests in the party must immediately leave the area. In cases of vandalism or disruptive behavior, compensation for damages may be claimed from the customer.
In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes, or other events considered force majeure, Stegeborgs Egendom AB may terminate the agreement, and the customer and guests shall be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, Stegeborgs Egendom is obligated to refund the amount paid, excluding any benefit derived from the use of the space.
