Conditions for payment and booking of a seasonal berth in Stegeborg Harbour
These conditions apply between Stegeborgs Egendom AB and the person who himself or through another person books/pays for a berth in Stegeborgs Hamn.
The orderer/payer is stated as "Customer" in the terms and conditions. The supplier is stated as "Stegeborgs Hamn", "We", "Stegeborgs Egendom" or "Stegeborgs Egendom AB".
The booking/payment applies to the rental of a berth in Stegeborgs Hamn. Customers/guests in Stegeborgs Hamn are obliged to follow Stegeborgs Hamn's "Regulations for the harbour", this document can be found in its entirety at

Customers/guests who do not follow these regulations have the right to reject Stegeborgs Egendom's staff from the area.
Booking and payment for private individuals
To book a berth/pay for a berth on the website here, the customer must be at least 18 years old. In order to complete the payment of the fee, a bank card (VISA or Mastercard) or Bank-id and Swish is required.
Reservation of place
The price includes rent of the selected berth for a season from April 1 to November 15. Winter storage not included.
Payment/Booking confirmation
On receipt of the booking confirmation, this must be checked, so that all information is correct. It is the responsibility of the customer/orderer to ensure that the information on the booking confirmation is correct.
Booking confirmation is sent via e-mail and as a text message (SMS). In the event of an error, Stegeborgs Egendom AB must be contacted within 7 days of receiving the confirmation.
Payment of booking
Payment is made directly, also when booking.
Cancellation of booked place.
Cancellation with refund can only take place before March 1. After this date, the season rental fee will not be refunded.
Liability for property/causing damage
- Stegeborgs Egendom is not responsible for things left behind.
- Stegeborgs Egendom is not responsible for damage caused by third parties.
- Other obligations and rules of procedure
- The customer/guests must take good care of the place, the port's facilities and follow the rules of order, instructions and regulations that apply.
- Between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., the customer/guests must observe the greatest consideration and silence towards other guests.
- Grilling takes place at the designated location. Consider the risk of fire, review your extinguishing equipment.
- Dogs must be kept on a leash.
- Environmental waste must be placed in an environmental station. Rubbish must be placed in designated bins. Other waste must not be flushed or thrown in the area.

Breach of contract
This is an agreement drawn up between the customer (orderer) and Stegeborgs Egendom AB. The agreement ceases to apply with immediate effect if:
- The conditions in this document are not met.
- The customer/guests in the party behave in a disruptive manner in the area.
- The customer/guests in the party commit vandalism in the area.
If a breach of contract occurs, the customer/guests in the party must immediately move from the area. In the event of destruction or disruptive behaviour, damages may be claimed by the customer.
Force majeure
In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes and other events that can be regarded as force majeure, Stegeborgs Egendom AB can cancel the agreement, whereby the customer and guests must be notified as soon as possible.
In such cases, Stegeborgs Egendom is obliged to repay the amount paid, with the exception of the benefit that has been derived from the site.
